Choose Your Path, Shape the Adventure!

At Fun with Dice, the journey is shaped by you. Each term, our adventurers (that's you!) help decide what games we play and which stories we explore. Whether it’s choosing between a thrilling dungeon crawl, a mystery-filled social game, or a quirky new card game, your voice helps guide our sessions. We also proudly support emerging game creators by backing exciting new titles on Kickstarter and Gamefound. This means you’ll not only get to try fresh, cutting-edge games in our sessions – you’ll be helping the board game community grow and thrive for years to come - pretty cool right?!

Bring Fun with Dice to Regional WA – Help Fund the Dice Van!

Fun with Dice is Recovery Oriented Services’ unique tabletop therapy program that turns board games and role-playing adventures into life-changing social therapy. It builds inclusion, confidence, and friendships for NDIS participants of all ages.

Right now, Fun with Dice runs across Perth metro suburbs. Our dream is to take the program on the road and bring it to regional and remote WA communities who currently miss out. To do that, we need:

  • A wheelchair-accessible van (NDIS funds modifications, but not the vehicle itself).

  • Funding to train outreach staff and local facilitators in regional towns.

With your help, we can make this a reality.

🚐 The Problem

We sometimes rent wheelchair-accessible vehicles for regional trips, but this is expensive, unsustainable, and limits how often we can travel. Without a dedicated van and trained outreach staff, many people in regional WA miss out on programs that build social skills and reduce isolation.

🌟 The Solution

With your support, we will:

  • Purchase a wheelchair-accessible Dice Van to carry games and gear to communities across WA.

  • Train local support workers and volunteers so programs can continue even when our team isn’t present.

  • Expand Fun with Dice programs into rural and remote areas like the South West, Wheatbelt, Great Southern, Midwest, Pilbara, Kimberley, and Goldfields.

This will bring more sessions, more participants, and more life-changing experiences to people who would otherwise have no access.

For example, from our metro base in Perth and Fremantle, we plan to bring Fun with Dice to key regional hubs across WA:

  • Coastal North Tour: visiting Geraldton and Kalbarri.

  • South West Tour: stops in Bunbury, Busselton, Margaret River/Augusta, Pemberton, Walpole, and Albany.

  • Great Southern & Goldfields: extending to Esperance, Norseman, and Kalgoorlie.

  • Wheatbelt Adventure: a special trip to the iconic Wave Rock in Hyden.

🧮 Impact

Every donation makes a direct difference:

  • $50 – Fuels the Dice Van.

  • $250 – Trains one support worker to run Fun with Dice.

  • $500–$1,000 – Helps roll out a new regional program.

  • $2,000 – Sponsors a month of outreach sessions.

  • $20,000 (stretch goal) – Funds the purchase of the Dice Van.

Each trained facilitator can support up to six participants at a time, multiplying your impact across communities.

📣 Call to Action
