How we work
Essentially we want to understand the individual needs of our clients, generally take bookings for Season, then match player groups together with a DM. But to do this we need to know a little about your needs. These could be communication, sensory, emotional, physical or even personal preferences for "style" of role play and what limits you want to set on the content within the sessions.

Some things we like to know
-
Are There Any Communication Concerns Or Preferences
-
Are There Any Triggers Or Actions That May Create Unease?
-
What Environmental Specifics Are Needed To Accommodate You
-
Is There A Need For Assistive Technology That Needs To Be Provided For?
-
Do you have any specific sensory needs?
-
Is There Anything You Should Know Of In Advance About The Child’s Preferences Or Conditions You Should Be Aware Of, And If So, To What Degree Do These Considerations Affect The Child
Then some fun stuff,
-
What familiarity have you with table tops games rpgs and Dungeons and Dragons.
-
Have you got a set of dice of your own ?
-
Do you have a style of play preference
-
What are your no goes, what are areas of role play you consider taboo or too confronting
-
What do you want to see in the season ?
-
Who will your character be ?
How much, ? how do i pay ?
Hi, we charge all our clients a small-Charge of $30 for administrative purposes, this includes account setup, subscriptions, insurance cost, character creation, and campaign setup. We also charge the full 10 sessions at a rate of $989, this includes 10x 2.5 hours sessions, venue hire, play materials, use of assistive technology, dice, stationery and customized support options.

We provide a 1-3 ratio with our supports, however, if your needs are more than this, we can arrange for additional support workers at your cost, or just bring your own!

How do we charge? Usually, we charge to Social Community Group activities and only run games during daytime hours. Weekend games are usually one-off sessions, or special events. If you like to know more about how we charge please get in touch with one of our staff
